Our Garments

At Kalytera, we believe that how a garment is made matters just as much as how it looks. That’s why every piece we create is the result of a careful process that combines premium materials, expert craftsmanship, and thoughtful design. 

Materials

All of our garments are made from 100% organic cotton, chosen for its exceptional softness, breathability, and natural durability.

Our hoodies use a heavyweight french terry fabric with a density of 470 gsm, providing structure, and a premium hand feel. This carefully developed material holds its shape over time while maintaining comfort — making it ideal for daily wear in any season.

Manufacturing & Finishing

Our production takes place in the north of Portugal, a region celebrated for its textile mastery. We collaborate with specialized factories, many of which are family-run and known for their high standards and generational expertise.

Each garment is manually cut, sewn, and assembled by skilled professionals using refined techniques such as single-needle stitching and reinforced seams. This hands-on approach allows us to control quality at every stage and create clothing that lasts.

After assembly, the garments are transported for the hand screen-printing process. This technique, done one layer at a time, results in vibrant, long-lasting prints that resist fading and wear — even after countless washes.
